For the price they ask for their clothes they have pretty awful customer service. I had ordered the ...wrong size of the boots (Dr. Martens collaboration), I know that it was my mistake, but I contacted the shop the very next day asking to change the item. I was pretty quickly emailed back saying that it was not possible, but also with an offer to cancel my order so I could reorder the right size.
I happily agreed to that, but that was it, I had never heard from them again. I kept emailing the company but all my messages were ignored.
As a result, now my wrong order is on its way.
I emailed them one more time 2 days ago, asking to explain what was going on, but guess what? Of course, nobody bothered with an answer.
I am so disappointed with this shop and their attitude towards international customers. Never shop here again, and won’t ever recommend Lazy Oaf to anyone I know.
Why don’t you just change your ironic customer service slogan from “busy doing nothing” to “why bother?”

Constant quality issues, poor stitching cheap zippers, esther sweater unravelling the gingham panel ...dress being 4 sizes too big,
No small sizes or plus sizes non inclusive and not ethical. Way too expensive for the quality and service, shipping is never on time and the community is full of scammers

On my first order, They didn’t warn me that I’d have to pay $50 customs, instead they overcharged me for boots and then forced me to either pay the customs or pay to have the boots sent back to Europe from Canada, terrible slow customer service they even make a joke about it “we’re busy doing nothing” I messaged them a minute after paying for boots to change the address but by the time they bothered to read my message it was too late .

I ordered the colab Dr Martin boot from Lazy Oaf on the day they came out. I received my boots after... a week and a half. I did not get any shipping email so could not track them, one day they just turned up. Unfortunately they did not fit correctly so I had to return them. I followed all the return instructions and posted with royal mails parcel service. Now Lazy Oaf don’t offer free returns and because the boots and box were so big I had to pay £14 to send them back. This was nearly 4 weeks ago. I have heard nothing since about my refund. I called customer services last week and spoke to a girl. She told me that the women I needed to speak to was not in that day, so she took my details. She finished the conversation by saying ‘I don’t think she will call you back but I’ll pass the details on anyway.’ Excuse me what??? This company do not care at all. 3 days ago I messaged them on Instagram. They have seen my message and not replied. I have seen loads of people commenting the same issues on their posts. I have sent so many emails in the last 4 weeks and all have been ignored. I spend £185 on these boots and a further £14 of my own money to return them, and to still be waiting for a refund is shocking. Do not trust them. 展开
